Before the event

• Book entertainment ASAP as we tend to get booked up extremely quickly

• If hiring a venue book early and check the booking a week or so before

• Also think about available parking to avoid headaches on the day!

• Send out invites 3 weeks in advance and include directions

On the day

• Put up balloons outside to make it easy for people to find you!

• Record contact details of parents that are not attending in case of emergency

• Always have another adult or two in the room, for toilet duty etc…

• Remember for a birthday CANDLES and MATCHES are very important

• Hooters and Blowers only cause a distraction and are a nightmare! Just pop them in a party bag for the children to take home!

• Never give out Party Poppers as many an accident has been caused by children using them unsupervised.
